Our full-service design approach includes the following phases:

Exploration
After client onboarding, we begin every project with style exploration, project inspiration and field verification to develop overall project goals.

Schematic Design
We create progress floorplans, elevations and sketches showing possibilities for the space. We present mood boards, initial material/fixture selections and an estimated investment for designer sourced items to prep for the following phase.

Design Development
This phase includes a coordinated set of drawings, finish and fixture selections and itemized purchasing proposals. This phase turns the big picture into actionable orders and detailed documentation.

Implementation
We make purchases and oversee the delivery and installation of the materials and furnishings. This phase includes project management, coordination with the construction team and regular site visits throughout to ensure the project vision.
